As a process control engineer from the Universidad Industrial de Santander in Colombia, he has worked in various sectors in both his native Colombia and his new home, here in Australia.

He is a successful project manager, engineer, and consultant who always strives to deliver value in everything that he does and creates. Fascinated by the type of leadership that inspires action, he constantly seeks to develop people’s skills and share knowledge.

Andre is one of the Founding partners of Key Engineering Solutions, delivering optimisation for automation, process control, and instrumentation.

With two Bachelor degrees from the University of Western Australia in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, in conjunction with many years working for BHP, Andre is an expert Process Control Engineer and now a business owner. The creation of Key Engineering Solutions has allowed Andre to share his extensive knowledge in process control and create a company founded on quick, efficient, and quantifiable results.

Andre’s ultimate goals for the future of Key Engineering Solutions is to be known as a company with impeccable standards, both professionally and ethically, ensuring every client receives maximum exceptional service.

Hans is a highly proficient Senior Process Control Engineer with over 20 years of experience in control system design, development, testing, commissioning, and implementation.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, his focus is always on the physical result, instead of the control system itself. The important thing is that the client receives a solution that works and exceeds their expectation.

His experience from working in different industries, like manufacturing, automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and mining, in conjunction with his simplistic approach are ingredients for the best possible results.

Michael is a results-driven mining business leader renowned for operational excellence. With his proven track record, Michael excels in leading transformative change, creating efficient and safe working environments, and implementing strategic initiatives.

His collaborative and influential leadership style has fostered high morale, respect, and trust within teams, all while prioritizing safety excellence, business efficiency, and stakeholder requirements.

Aleisha is a bubbly and down to earth character that consistently utilises her expertise in all things business related to keep the company functioning at its optimum performance.

With over 10 years’ experience in business administration and positions within the mining sector Aleisha understands the operations and procedures necessary to maintain a safe and incident free work environment.

Paola is an innovative and resourceful Industrial engineer with more than 5 years of experience in manufacturing and customer experience solutions. She has handled various projects successfully with her critical thinking, organisational skills, and commitment.

She is convinced that optimal results will be obtained by bringing the best out of each team member and the “expand the box” thinking.

Michael is a Junior Account Manger and recent Commerce graduate who majored in Economics and Business management. With 10 years’ experience in the customer service industry across a variety of roles, he is able to communicate with all people.

Michael is an adaptable individual who has the ability to quickly learn new skills. He is motivated, enthusiastic and goal driven. His previous experiences has given him the ability to work well within a team environment, as well as achieving individual tasks in an efficient manner.

Michael believes that understanding the needs of the customer is paramount to the success of a project and maintaining relationships is the key to growth.

As a Project Management Specialist with a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Bruno is driven by a passion for process optimisation and continuous improvement. With a background in project management and diverse production-related roles within manufacturing and engineering, Bruno brings a cross-functional approach to every endeavour.

He thrives on collaboration, embracing a friendly and open attitude while leveraging his strong organizational and planning skills to successfully manage projects and identify improvement opportunities.

Bruno’s data-driven mindset guides him to firmly believe in the principle that without measurement, there can be no control, and without control, there can be no improvement. This philosophy empowers him to drive effective and efficient project outcomes with a focus on tangible results and continuous growth.

Jeremy is an enthusiastic and dynamic engineer known for his remarkable precision and dedication. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Mechatronics as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Motorsports. Jeremy has around eight years of experience in mechanical design, electronics IOT, automation and process control.

Within our team, Jeremy collaborates closely with senior process control engineers, utilising his extensive knowledge of PLCs and DCS. Together, they tackle complex projects related to automation and process control, ensuring seamless operations and optimal efficiency.

Brent is a Process Control Engineer that is always eager to advance and grow his personal and professional experience and knowledge. He dives into any challenge with a smile on his face and a positive outlook. His ability to learn new skills and apply his critical thinking to problem-solving makes him a diverse asset that is an addition to any project or team.

Brent enjoys overcoming challenges that are considered impossible, creating/ inventing new tools and processes, and automating repetitive tasks to make any project as streamlined and pain-free as possible.

Miket is an outgoing and social individual with a keen interest in social media and digital art and truly enjoys people interaction.

As a Process Control Engineer, having worked on various projects within the Mining and Industrial Manufacturing sector, Miket has further developed his skills and experience in PLC and SCADA programming and troubleshooting, Systems Administration and Network Engineering.

His previous experience with Relationship Development, Account Management and Technical Recruitment in the resources sector focusing on Process Control and Industrial Automation, Process and Chemical Engineering and EPC/EPCM Multi-Discipline Engineering has also allowed him to support Key’s Operational Teams to ensure continuity and growth of our professional services by further developing new and existing customer relationships.

Colette is an organized, diligent, and driven Process Control Engineer, with a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering and is always thriving to go above and beyond what is expected. She is a confident young professional with an excellent eye for detail, and a great ability to work well within a team.

Colette has experience in the Mining industry and is well versed in networking systems as well as PLC and SCADA programming. Her experience coupled with her eagerness to continue learning and ability to adapt quickly in dynamic and challenging environments makes her an asset in the Key team.

Ken is a passionate and driven process control engineer with 5 years of experience in oil and gas, chemical processing plant and shipbuilding industry. With a Bachelor degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and experience with PLC and SCADA programming, control system design, test and commissioning.

Ken is always keen to explore to different industries and I believe that is how you should learn as an engineer.

Pedro is a highly enthusiastic Process Control Engineer with over 8 years industrial experience in E&IC fields across Brazil, Canada and Europe.

He is strongly committed with developing Automation Projects and Maintenance/Troubleshooting, having worked throughout a broad range of industries, including Oil and Gas, Material Handling, Power Generation, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Steel Manufacturing and Water Distribution Plants.

Pedro has attainted a Bachelor in Control and Automation Engineering, and is proficient in English, Spanish and Portuguese. His previous experience has given him the skills to lead teams to successful project completion, within multiple international companies.

Navdeep, a Process Control Engineer, he holds a Master’s degree in Instrumentation and Control from Murdoch University and has three years of industrial experience. He is known for his positive attitude, resourcefulness, and goal-oriented approach, Navdeep actively seeks opportunities in challenging environments.

His background includes work as a Commissioning Engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, Chemical and Fertilizer manufacturing, and Bulk Storage sectors, showcasing his versatile expertise and dedication.

Claudio is a highly skilled and experienced professional with exceptional electrical and technical abilities combined with valuable
automation experience including extensive knowledge in plant wiring. He has gained most of his experience within commercial and industrial construction projects. After arriving from Italy, Claudio approached the Australian industry by going back to study an Advance Diploma in Engineering Electrical Technology, to further his knowledge.

He is always ready for a new challenge and likes to learn new ways to solve problems. He is adaptable, enthusiastic, a fast learner and his positive attitude to challenges is a great fit at Key.

Melisa is a Data Analyst with a Master’s degree in Data Science. She is a highly motivated and passionate individual who is always ready for new challenges.

Her ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment gives her the edge to venture into new fields and technologies. She is committed to delivering the highest quality solution backed by her analytical mind.

Nathan is an experienced, qualified, and result-oriented Senior Project Engineer, with over 20 years of experience including process improvement, project management, software and communications.

He is a result-oriented person with strong technical knowledge and the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Nathan brings a wealth of experience to our team of engineers.

Nathan is very diligent in concerns of workplace safety with extensive experience in HSE frameworks and is passionate about systems and process improvement.

Douglas is a Project Engineer in the Engine A team. He is a driven individual with strong communication skills who is always eager to use an out of the box approach to resolving challenges.

His ability to engage with stakeholders and simplify complex problems gives him the edge in resolving difficult challenges and provides the edge in producing top quality results in the areas of project delivery while his enthusiasm makes him a great asset to the Engine A team.

Melizza is a Petroleum/Project Engineer with experience in Project Management and software application within the Mining and Oil & Gas industry.

She is skilled in various softwares used for production and data analysis. Melizza is passionate about delivering valuable outcomes, she is highly detail-oriented and process-oriented, ensuring that projects are executed with precision and efficiency.

What sets her apart is not just my technical proficiency but also her dedication to clear and concise communication ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs, with an inquisitive an analytical mindset. Carrie is part of the People and Care Support Team. She is an enthusiastic individual, who is always ready to accept new challenges and learn new skills.

With over 15 years of experience in leadership, and customer service roles, she brings new perspectives and valued skills to the Team. Carrie is an excellent team player who is eager to grow personally and professionally  by constantly learning from experiences and experts in the industry.

Vanessa is a committed and friendly Junior Project Engineer, with a Bachelor degree in Forestry Engineering, a technical course in Environmental Management and a Certificate II in Environmental and Land Management.

Vanessa is a strong team player, who works well within a team environment but also having the skills to work independently when required. Currently, Vanessa is working to increase her experience within project management and is always up to learn new skills to further her knowledge within the industry.
